Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@happynightowl.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, details about the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. We recommend using the provided label to ensure your return is processed quickly.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@happynightowl.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue for faster resolution.
